Worthy Sues Ex-Fiancee

Xavier Worthy is suing his ex-fiancee, Tia Jones, for extortion and abuse.

Worthy was arrested in March in Texas on charges of assault, but the DA for the county declined to file charges.

Worthy is now suing his ex-fiancee and accusing her of stealing and destroying more than $150K in cash and property. He’s also claiming that she assaulted him.

Worthy is seeking $250K-$1M in damages.

His lawsuit claims that he asked Jones to leave several times in February after discovering her infidelity, but she refused to leave his residence.

Worthy’s attorneys made the following statement:

“[Tia Jones] schemed to extort a home, money, cars, and other valuables from Plaintiff by concocting false stories of domestic violence and leaking the same to the press to professionally and personally assassinate Plaintiff's character and reputation.

Rather than leave and separate amicably, Defendant Jones became enraged and engaged in a series of abusive, extortive efforts against Plaintiff and destroyed his game room, including his gaming desk and console [a PlayStation 5], and the key to his Rolls Royce. Defendant Jones began physically assaulting Plaintiff by scratching his face and ripping parts of his hair out, causing him pain and injury.''
